I use Retin A/.1 highest you can get, and I use this at least twice a week leaving it on for 5-10 minutes depending on my available time. It has never given me a negative reaction at all. If anything it helps my skin. Any peel cream that actually takes the top layer or more off is a huge plus, especially for people with oily skin and/or acne. It’s a very simple process, and I found the instructions within a minute. This is just my opinion, and I had my own skincare line for years. I also love the tomatox mask. Wonderful products. As far as the paraben content I say MEH! Have to use a preservative, and they are the best. Personally I’m not going to stop using products with paraben. I’m 52 and I have pretty great skin, and I have used or tried from high priced to the very low. The price for Tonymoly products is very low compared to some of the stuff I have used, and I love these much better, and the way my skin feels. I know you all know that anytime you use something new on your face there is a really good chance that your skin can or will purge. I know this from much experience, and education.
